All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products.

1. Digital Product Policy

RPS Digital is a digital-only store. All products are digital downloads that are:

  • Instantly Available: Delivered immediately after purchase
  • Non-Physical: Cannot be physically returned like traditional products
  • Easily Duplicated: Can be copied and shared if returned
  • Licensed: Purchased under specific usage terms

For these reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns for digital products.

2. What This Means

When you purchase a digital product from RPS Digital:

  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any reason
  • No Returns: Digital products cannot be returned
  • No Exchanges: We do not exchange digital products
  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment

  • File Corruption: We can provide replacement files
  • Access Issues: We will restore access to your account

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice:

  • Contact Us: Email us within 24 hours of the duplicate purchase
  • Provide Details: Include both order numbers and purchase dates
  • Verification: We will verify the duplicate purchase
  • Resolution: We may provide a credit or alternative product

This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • Account Suspension: Your account may be suspended
  • Access Revoked: Access to all purchased products may be revoked
  • Future Purchases: You may be blocked from future purchases
  • Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action

Please contact us directly instead of initiating a chargeback.
